Two Step Process

You can order a British Columbia Birth, Marriage or Death Certificate by following these easy steps:

1. Print out, complete and sign the appropriate request form
2. Send your completed and signed form by either
   a) Fax or
   b) Scan & Email, or
   c) Mail

Our fax number, email address and mailing address can be found on the bottom of the application form that you will select.

The certificate will be mailed to you from the government agency, not Canada Certificates.
